How can I obtain the europass Mobility?

The europass Mobility is available both on paper and in electronic and Internet-based forms. Upon request, the issuing organisations are happy to print out the pass for the holder. The prospective pass holder cannot apply for the europass Mobility directly. He or she first needs to obtain the co-operation of two partner organisations - one in the home country, perhaps an employer or institute of higher education, and the other the host organisation in the destination country. The two partners co-ordinate the content of the learning experience and apply at one of the issuing offices for the europass Mobility. This procedure applies to both print and online versions.
