The first place to contact for all questions involving the europass in Germany is the National Agency at BIBB, Bonn. The National europass Centre (NEC) is integrated into the European europass network. One of the organisation's tasks is to inform and advise citizens as well as interested actors, institutions and businesses about the europass and the various tools it includes.
